When Can I Return a Product?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product.
Your order arrived damaged, defective, or expired.
To be eligible for a return:
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
For claims involving damage or defects, an unboxing video starting from the sealed package is required for verification.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities.
Incorrect shipping address provided at the time of checkout.
Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
For orders where the incorrect or damaged item was sent by us, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
