Shipping & Delivery Policy

At TerraGold Shilajit, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered safely, securely, and within a reasonable timeframe, whether shipping locally or internationally.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information to monitor the delivery progress.
Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Orders (within Italy): Estimated delivery within 7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 24 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide supporting evidence such as photos or an unboxing video to verify the claim.
In the case of lost parcels, we will coordinate with the courier service to investigate the issue. Once confirmed, we will either issue a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
