At TerraGold Inc., customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for customers across Italy and Europe.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
